QURONIC — TERMS / 01
Terms & Conditions
The terms below explain what's included when you sign up for a Quronic website and hosting plan, what you're responsible for, and how billing, changes and cancellations work. If anything here isn't clear, get in touch before you sign up.
SEC. 02 — THE DETAILS
The terms, section by section
These are edited from time to time as the service evolves. The version on this page is always the current one.
01. What the service includes
Quronic designs, builds and hosts a website for your business under the plan you choose. The plan you sign up for sets out what is included — for example the number of pages, the features covered and whether ecommerce functionality is part of the build. Anything outside the scope of your chosen plan (extra features, additional pages beyond what is agreed, custom integrations, etc.) is treated as a separate request and may involve an additional cost, which will be discussed with you before any work begins.
02. Hosting and domain ownership
Hosting is provided as part of the service for the period covered by your plan. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, hosting is arranged and managed by Quronic on your behalf for as long as your plan remains active. If you choose to leave or your plan is not renewed, we will work with you on transferring the site and any domain registered on your behalf to a hosting provider and registrar of your choice, subject to any outstanding fees being settled first.
03. Third-party services you are responsible for
Your website may connect to third-party services you choose to use, such as payment gateways, courier or shipping providers, SMS/email delivery services, or other integrations. Accounts with these providers belong to you, and you are responsible for setting them up, keeping them in good standing and complying with their terms. Quronic is not liable for downtime, errors, delays, fees, disputes or losses caused by a third-party provider's own systems, policies or service failures, even where that provider's service is integrated into a site we built or manage.
04. Fees and payment terms
Fees for your plan are set out at the time you sign up and are payable in advance for the plan period, unless a different payment schedule has been agreed in writing. Continued use of the service after a plan period is renewed on the then-current pricing for that plan, unless you cancel beforehand. Late or failed payments may result in a pause of active work, support, or hosting until the account is brought up to date.
05. Refunds and cancellations
Amounts already spent on work performed, hosting provided, or third-party costs incurred on your behalf up to the point of cancellation are generally non-refundable. Any remaining, unused portion of a prepaid plan period may be considered for a partial refund at Quronic's discretion, depending on how much work has already been completed. See the full Refund Policy for details on what is and is not refundable.
06. Data we collect and how it is handled
In the course of providing the service, we collect the information you provide when signing up (such as your name, contact details and business information) and information generated by using the service (such as support messages and billing records). This information is used to deliver, manage and improve the service, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your information to third parties. See the full Privacy Policy for details on what is collected and how it is used.
07. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on a reasonable-skill-and-care basis. To the extent permitted by law, Quronic's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you have paid for the plan period in which the issue arose, and Quronic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business or data, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
08. Termination and disputes
Either party may end the arrangement in line with the terms of the plan you are on, with reasonable notice where possible. We aim to resolve any disagreement directly and informally in the first instance; if you have a concern about your account or the service, please contact us so we can look into it.
