QURONIC — REFUNDS / 01
Refund Policy
This page explains what is and isn't refundable, how cancellations are handled, and what to expect if you need to stop a plan partway through. If anything here isn't clear, get in touch before you sign up.
SEC. 02 — THE DETAILS
The policy, section by section
These are edited from time to time as the service evolves. The version on this page is always the current one.
01. What is refundable
If you cancel before any work has begun on your project, amounts paid are generally refundable in full, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
02. What is not refundable
Once work has started — including design, development, hosting setup or any third-party costs paid on your behalf (such as domain registration) — those amounts are generally non-refundable, since they reflect work already performed or costs already incurred. Fees for a plan period that has already been used, in full or in part, are non-refundable for the portion already used.
03. Cancelling an active plan
You may cancel your plan at any time by getting in touch with us. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Any remaining, unused portion of a prepaid plan period may be considered for a partial refund at Quronic's discretion, taking into account how much of the work and hosting period has already been delivered.
04. Renewals
Plans renew for a further period at the then-current pricing unless cancelled beforehand. If a renewal payment is taken in error after a plan was already cancelled in line with this policy, let us know and it will be refunded.
05. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable period after approval. Processing times beyond that point depend on your bank or payment provider.
06. How to request a refund
To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, contact us with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond promptly and will explain what, if anything, is refundable in your specific case.
